@eventorgwp we are looking for a way for users to submit their own events to our site and came across your plugin. Do you have a free version with this functionality for non-profits?

@eventorgwp Hi - I am a premium customer and submitted a request for help on 6th June but haven't had a response. I also now can't log in as it tells me I have tried too many unsuccessful log ins (which I haven't) and I have to wait 9 hours. I'd be grateful for some help. Thx

Weird issue where the EO calendar displays properly in Chrome but not with Edge or Firefox. Any ideas? @eventorgwp

@Picodeliq Hi @Picodeliq - ask your client to try again. They should be redirected to PayPal after clicking 'Purchase'. Their pending purchase will be canceled automatically.

@eventorgwp Our client was buying a new license of Event Organiser Pro Business but the order just went to pending and never did ask the payment. Can you assist? She had a basic license before.

@makhay Hi Bashar, user data (events, categories etc) need to be deleted manually. Uninstall will remove options and custom tables.

wp-event-organiser.com is back-up. We've moved servers, and so it maybe a few hours yet before it is available to everyone
