When you call, the line is always busy, or you’re told to contact online customer service or open a support ticket, but after you fill out the form, the button turns gray, and there’s nothing you can do but sit there and stare. Just like the screenshot shows.

The worst shipping method ever? @FedEx Smartpost, and it isn't close. The image shows the tracking info on an item I ordered on June 3rd. The estimated delivery date shows today. Somehow I doubt that.
