Every single time a pilot is downed, ALL EFFORTS are taken to rescue them. The difference between Trump and other presidents, is Trump went into great detail on what the pilot is trained to do and all of the diversions we took while extracting him Trump's need to brag will make it easier for our enemies to locate a downed pilot next time
