STOP. THINK. CHECK THE FACTS. This headline in @thetimes today refers to a study of the OLD COMBINED HRT PILLS with synthetic progestins. THE NEW TRANSDERMAL HRT is showing the opposite - a 73% DECREASE in dementia among users in another much larger study in America.

Yet it is freely available privately. I do not want to switch to a synthetic progesterone. Why should I have to? Utrogestan is better for my mental and physical health!
