Mitya has an angel / seelie swirl in his hair, world formula and alchemical magnet patterns on his clothes, he seems to be associated with Hvergelmir Institute and some alchemy related tech The silver hair + scarf used as a hand / body part makes me think of Aksinya honestly...

is it just me or is snez lacking a bit of a cultural touch that other regions have

It's Crazy how Great and Majestic all new Genshin design showing the devs actually care and improve their game 🙏😭 In Wuwa everything regressing to worse & samey design also HP inflation and bad monetization practice in recent patches making it hard to continue playing 😞
