@Wise money scammed from my account on Thursday night with no notification of unusual activity. Reported to wise early Friday and have to now wait 12 days while you investigate. I’m planning to move home and this money at the moment is jeopardising this so I need this money back.
@Wise I can’t believe it has been a whole week now and I have not been contacted by the investigation team. How can you investigate when you haven’t spoken with the victim? This limbo is unfair and cruel, I am really struggling now it is affecting my health and mental well being.
