@EdwardJDavey the bbc is rapidly losing trust and respect both is this country and around the world. It has been allowed to grow exponentially in the name of progress. It time to review its modus operandi and bring it back to public service broadcasting.

I’ve written to Keir Starmer, Kemi Badenoch and Nigel Farage urging them to condemn Donald Trump’s attack on the BBC. The BBC belongs to Britain, not Trump. We must defend it together.

@BBCNews so pensioners can look forward to poverty then? all the triple lock does is ensure pensioners get a reasonable increase each year. perhaps the overall pension plan needs to be revised but we deserve the respect of maintaining our living standards.

@Artemisfornow my concern is the reason given for the above expected rise. too pay for the warm house benefits. this is effectively another indirect tax! the government claim they are providing the money. but they are not. we are being taxed to fund it
