@hecallsmePP Apparently florida changed a cosmetology law after Covid that restricts the services outside of MK. So basically to reopen they would have to completely overhaul their operations and use licensed cosmetologists (which they already have trouble finding for entertainment cosmo tbh)

Honestly Disney wouldn’t have to send cease and desists to these companies who offer room decor and princess makeover services on property if they simply corrected the issues themselves. There is zero reason that there is only 1 BBB running over all of property.
