I’ll just say this: the people who defend the staff and the terrible experience some of us LA fans had at the pop-up can go fuck themselves. You don’t need to be in our shoes to get it, but it’s not exactly nice when an incredibly rude guard lies to your face—saying there’ll be merch for everyone and we just have to wait—only to try and kick us all out in a really nasty way. That’s awful; waiting since 6 a.m. for nothing is frustrating. We’re talking about Ariana Grande here, and no, they didn’t close because there was merch for everyone; they were just restocking as they went, and then they closed half an hour early, leaving a ton of people waiting. I admit it might look funny—us screaming and all that—but there was a huge lack of respect shown to us, and it’s sad. A lot of people got sunstroke for nothing; we just wanted merch, and they *didn't* manage it in a way that would ensure stock for the coming weeks. They were selling like 10 hoodies to a single person—lol, that’s fine, but don’t defend the indefensible. This event is taking place in West Hollywood—a big city—so it deserves a large amount of stock like any city. Anyway, thanks to those who understand.🦋🩷
