a tip if anyone suffers from severe anxiety like I do: there are some mornings where my alarm clock noise gives me anxiety for the rest of the morning/day no matter what I change the sound to, so I’ve eliminated that by making my first few alarms vibration only & it has HELPED

@94Chrish Pretty much. We had several thousand saved but ended up being a bit short when all said and done. The buyer was nice enough to work with us which others buyers weren't .

@juawells Yes and no. Sounds like the purchase price (loan amount) was increased to give the seller more money for them to cover part of the closing cost. So it was 2.5k out of pocket or 2.5k paid off with a 30 year mortgage, +interest.
