Today, a coworker asked me a lot about FSD, so I gave him a ride, and he was blown away—honestly, that’s probably an understatement; he was speechless. He said it was the best thing he has ever experienced! I told him that a Model 3 lease starts at $299 a month, and now he’s looking into getting one!

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier. Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

That's a great idea Keagan. Actually the best way to test is do this: 1. Go to the Tidwell park and ride on 59 Eastex Freeway. This is south of the Eastex Park and Ride by about 5 miles. You need to go south since the accident happened going northbound. 2. Set your destination for the Eastex park and ride, and make sure your navigation is set to go into the HOV. Or just make sure you get into the HOV lane once you start out. The HOV lane starts right at the Tidwell park and ride Let me know if you have any questions. You can just DM me.

Almost missed this from earlier this week. Looks like wall connector #2 has updated to the latest firmware but wall connector #1 has yet to update, probably because the wife’s car is charging off of it. Will check back tomorrow AM.

Tesla NEEDS to do a free version of FSD Delivering cars with just TACC is a fucked up situation Please Tesla, this will supercharge adoption. It’s not for me, i’m a paid FSD user. But we need to hook the users who don’t want to or can’t pay.

I don’t really see why everyone is freaking out about the battery degradation. Yes, ~70 kWh for 90-1% is showing signs of it, but Kyle still has ~100,000 miles left on his warranty for the battery.
