@Naramsin20 @BladeoftheS Yet they want the child benefits cap removed specifically for working British people. They are targeting benefits scroungers both domestic and foreign nationals that shouldn't be on benefits which is obvious to anyone paying attention to what reform has actually said.

Don't those who earn over 120 grand pay 45% in person income tax? That's also not including other taxes they may pay like NI or capital gains. Why should they pay more?

Mick Lynch wants a progressive wealth tax, which is a Green Party Policy, with the richest paying the same as everyone else on PAYE, 47%. That would bring in hundred of billions, it is time for the richest to pay what everyone else has been paying their whole lives.

@ThomasEvansAdur You can't just not let an area have no representation just because the councillor died. They tried to say this in bridgemary, gosport. So what it cost 20 grand it was gonna cost money to run it during local elections anyway so why point out the cost for no reason?

Quick reminder.
The sitting councillor, who was also England's longest serving councillor died.
Normally, when a death happens within six months of an election, the election takes place with the others.
Reform used an old law to force a by-election at a cost of £20,000 to the taxpayer.
This took place before David had even been buried.
The turnout was 17% - reflecting the apathy and disgust felt by residents.
This isn't a victory. It's a reminder of how ghastly Farage and Reform are.

Netherlands just announced a new 120% wealth tax
It will apply to the ultra-rich who earn above €150k per year
So if you make €200k, you pay €60k on the €50k above the threshold
Dutch officials explained it is to "discourage wealth hoarding behaviour"
So beautifuly said

I hope more EU countries will adopt this progressive legislation

My local candidate is a Pakistani!
My thoughts are I have no choice other than to vote Reform just to make the point of wanting the furthest right party in power. If Restore were an option it would be a no brainer but for now it has to be Reform.
