@LNER Hiya! It was a journey from last week that was delayed by 62 minutes but then caused me to miss my connecting train so I was wanting to get a refund for both- this is the message the site is giving me, and wont let me get a refund for the missed train

@LNER Having a nightmare trying to claim a refund due to delays and it won't let me put a new claim in. Please help.

@JHarrisonLDR We don't always post about specific services but it gives you an update about that is going on along the route. There have been multiple disruptions this evening which has caused a knock on effect sadly. I can see your service is now on route. I hope you have a lovely journey.

@LNER We got an announcers saying we’d be leaving at 9pm and something mumbled about the calling point between here and Edinburgh. Nothing updated on the app. It would be kinda helpful to know what’s happening

@LNER What an awful journey it’s been so far today. The train from Edinburgh arrived into Newcastle 15-20 minutes late. 2 hours later still not even in York. Who knows when will get to Peterborough or then Oakham. Looking at a 5.5 time for a 3 hour trip. Too many delays/cancel lately.

@Lemsnick_ Hi, there is disruption due to the failure of the overhead electricity supply between Durham and Darlington. Network Rail are on site and working hard to fix the issue. ^Nicholas

@LNER sat again at a Newcastle station and people jumping the barrier next to costa. Dont know how many times LNeR need advising of this fare evasion point but this is hiking fares and places staff at risk. Can you address this !

@LNER hi. My train from Edinburgh to Aberdeen was cancelled today , travelling first class. We’ve to get a bus now … but of a mess. Can you advise if refund will be processed automatically ?
