change your thoughts. literally that’s all you have to do. affirm and think in your favor, and keep bringing yourself back to that no matter what. it really is that simple. you guys have got to stop overcomplicating the law. all you have to do is decide what you want and persist in that decision. that’s literally it. ignore everything else. it doesn’t matter what you see, what you hear, or what your doubts are saying. none of that matters. the only thing that matters is continuing to come back to your decision and placing your awareness on what you want, not what you don’t want. me personally, when any thought comes up, i’m strict with my mind. i immediately shift it. i don’t dwell, i don’t analyze, and i don’t do shadow work trying to figure out why the thought appeared. i simply bring myself back to the new story and discipline my mind to always think in my favor. stop overcomplicating it and slapping a million terms on it. you don’t have to do shadow work. you don’t have to look for signs. you don’t have to look for movement. there is no waiting. there is no resistance. there are no blockages. get rid of all that. 3d, birds before land, all of it is irrelevant. that’s why you’re making it harder on yourself when the law is actually simple. stop adding rules, terms, and stipulations. just persist. be consistent. discipline your mind. if you have it in your mind, you literally have it everywhere. there is no separation. stop thinking of your desire as something far away, outside of you, or separate from you. it’s not. you desire it because it’s already yours, and it already exists within you. so as vee says, stfu and affirm. change your thoughts!!!!

The LOA community wouldn’t be where it is today without Sammy Ingram. Whether y’all love her or hate her. Nobody can deny that without her people would still be left thinking that they had to be a “high vibration” all the time in order to manifest. And no, this isn’t a post for me to idolize her. I don’t do that shit anymore lol. I’m just one of the people who discovered her back in 2020 and actually applied what she teaches to know that it works. A lot of my knowledge on the law came from her and actually sticking to what she said. You won’t ever get results or know if it “works” unless you stop being a bitch and actually apply what is being told to you 🤷🏻‍♀️ LOA changed my life and I owe a lot of it to finding Sammy Ingram over five years ago. Like she always says, choose your hard. It’s your fault if you don’t have what you want.
