Dear @methodproducts The cap on your products suck. I shouldn’t have to strain my fingers to get body wash. Take notes from old spice or competitors. Not everyone has chick nails.

@methodproducts So now I have to pay $4.59 for a squirt bottle size when I paid that for thew refill size! Gouging! You still make the all purpose and others in refill size. What's the problem!

@methodproducts What is up with no stock ANYWHERE on the window refill size? Not even on your own website. Is it discontinued? THEN SAY SO! I need to switch to a formula that doesn't trigger my asthma! Up till now I used Method. I have to find another formula!

@methodproducts why did this scent change? Words and bottle stayed the same, but the cap changed from brown to white and the scent is nothing what it used to be. I can't find any old bottles for a reasonable price. Everybody else, dm's are open for a new body wash

. @methodproducts you need to fix the cap on your men’s soaps. I always hurt my fingers opening the bottle. I will revert back to @SuaveBeauty Kids until this problem is fixed.

The last four bags of 42-load unscented pods are defective; the pods are broken, making the other pods sticky, rendering them useless. How do we fix this? All bags were purchased in 2024 via Amazon.
