@AskCiti There is no room for an alternative options and this conversation has not been supportive at all. I could have transferred funds from my Citibank account to family who can then send it to me using other options. Piss poor customer service and condescending attitudes are obsolete

@Citi would be great to receive some support from a representative while I’m away on travel and misplaced my debit card. Two hours on calls and 6 transfers later, I have experienced ZERO support.

@AskCiti Got zero support from a representative! I was told AGAIN that I am stuck without access to funds until a new debit card can be delivered in 2-3 business days.

@AskCiti I understand the premise of an SSN! I was unsuccessful at getting access because I was told I need to have an SSN and EITHER an account number OR a debit card number which I can not provide!

@AskCiti Here is the response I received: Yes, as without the debit card we are not able to check what is the exact issues over the chat As if the supervisor was not able to check it, we are an agent on the chat mean we do not have any access to check it for you
