I keep telling everyone to watch Mrs Davis and I MEAN IT. The show uses one detail (an all-knowing AI) as a launch point and just... gets very bizarre and fun and funny. I have no idea what to expect from one episode to the next. Thank you, writers! Seriously, thank you.

Got a ticket for a show next week and was supposed to be going with friends (they are not going, for good reasons!), was like UGH SHOULD I STILL GO? Mapped it and the venue is two blocks from BART. Two!! I'm going!

I don't love going to shows like I once did, which is part being old (and having gone to shows *nearly weekly* in high school & college) but also not terribly into indoor crowds of strangers since 2020 for some weird reason.

@TobiasCarroll I don't work in publishing anymore (15+ years in college textbooks), but I'd definitely listen to that!! Love a pop culture take on publishing.

This might be a terrible idea for a podcast, but: would anyone listen to a podcast where people who actually work/worked in publishing talk about movies set in publishing? (i.e. Wolf, The Proposal, Fifty Shades, Elf, etc.)
