@Translink_NI I’m trying to change a booking on the Enterprise but the later is train is showing as sold out. But the same train is available to book if I try to do a new booking instead of changing the original booking. How can I change my booking please?

@Translink_NI No it’s the exact same fares that I have been able to choose for the new booking. I want to change the return leg and I haven’t travelled yet.

@neilers87 Maybe the fares have sold out for the particular fare options you have chosen. Are you looking to change the outbound or the return leg? Have you travelled the first leg yet? ^JC

@Translink_NI Why is the train showing as sold out when I try to amend my booking but it’s available if I try to make a new booking with the exact same fares? Something isn’t right there.

@neilers87 The time can be changed before the outbound leg is made, but it is subject to availability online ^JC

@Translink_NI Not looking for a refund, just want to change to a later train. The option to change my own booking is available but I just can’t select one particular train as it’s saying it’s sold out but yet I can make the booking - with the same fare type - as if it’s a new booking.
