@MikeNovia We occasionally still update NodeBox 3 but our main focus is the web-based version at nodebox.live — currently in private beta, let me know if you want an invite!

@nodebox Is this project fully abandoned? I use it regularly and encourage colleagues to try it, but it seems dead with no new features or updates in years 😕

@chapelartists As far as I understand, Java apps do not (can not?) support HiDPI under Java 8. Java 9 brings full support for them.

@nodebox Thanks, so does the Linux thing alter the viability of using java 8? Or are you saying I need to choose one and stick with it? :)

@nodebox Hi Just found your very interesting software. I have a HiDPI screen on my laptop which makes it impossibly small and unusable. Do you have any thoughts on a workaround? I'd be most interested! Many thanks, Dave

@chapelartists On Linux we don't bundle Java, so it's up to you to choose the Java version. It seems support for multiple concurrent JVMs is limited: superuser.com/questions/1355…

@nodebox Thanks ever so much for your response! I currently run Linux KDE neon 5.12. And have java 8 currently, which I need to run praxis live. Guess I could swap between the two when changing work environments if it means I have more to play with! ;) xxx if you can get a result: fab!
