@LucasfilmGames @Tesla3D @Respawn Star Wars: Rebellion. Formative as hell, we'd play a cross between it and an old-school adventure game in a heartbeat! Nightmare to design though.

@Tesla3D @Respawn On the other hand, I would play a less ambitious game. An adventure game, Telltale-like. :) Tales from the Star Wars universe. Or @objectsgame ,but in the Batuu system.

@mobilesuitDOS You don’t have a specific character as such. You have dialogue options, but all NPCs refer to you using gender-neutral terms like friend, Captain etc. :)

@FlapjacksJockey Well done! And yeah, if you’re super damaged it can be hard for your ship to turn or stop etc, but depends what systems were damaged. Did you decide to take John back to Adari? Just curious.

@FlapjacksJockey Oh, no grappling arm needed. Just use autopilot and select the derelict use plot course and engage.

@objectsgame Oh, I found those, and the subsequent beacons that eventually led me to SCR-891. Since I tweeted you, I miraculously navigated my way through that system and found the derelict. I know I’m supposed to dock with it, but have no earthly idea how to do that…

So ... Cool thing happened on the way home tonight. The game, Objects in Space (@objectsgame) came to Linux ... And ... well I had to buy it. But why did I have to buy it ... You can build an custom controller with an Arduino ... thats why. objectsgame.com/the-controller…

Y’all, I spent almost the entire weekend playing “Objects in Space” ( @objectsgame ) and I’m amazed at how engrossing this spaceship simulator became.

If you updated to 1.0.5, you might be seeing a bug where modules are easily and often becoming damaged. We’re reversing the build to 1.0.4 until we can find and fix the bug.
