8/ Rewards Handler: Each lending protocol might provide native token LM rewards based on the deposits made by the vaults, e.g. PORT etc. The Vault will claim the LM rewards from each lending protocol every few seconds and convert them to $MER tokens to be distributed to the LPs.

1/ Mercurial will launch DeFi's first dynamic yield infra where liquidity from protocols leveraging this layer will be allocated to lending platforms and adjusted dynamically for optimal yield. $MER and our current pools will be built on this layer to receive major upgrades.

Convex pays out 1% of all platform earnings to MEV because ETH gas is so expensive. Sunny won't have to do so because the "cost" is borne by Sunny users. ... a marginal cost of 0.000000000 SOL.

2/ A quick primer—@ConvexFinance exposes a form of LTMEV when compounding must occur on their CRV rewards. @ConvexFinance incentivizes callers to compound the CRV by giving them 1% of the CRV. Only when $CRV received > $ETH spent does it make sense to call earmarkRewards()!
