Nvidia will now pay you to put a mini AI data center on your house
It looks like a normal AC unit in the yard.
But inside sits 16 Nvidia Blackwell GPUs and Dell servers.
A startup called Span builds them, backed by Nvidia.
They bolt onto your home and you get paid for the power and Wi-Fi.
Some estimates put that around $1,000 a month in your pocket.
That is rent money just for hosting a box outside.
Span says it deploys way faster and cheaper than a real data center.
The AI boom is literally moving into the suburbs.
Save this, the grid is getting rebuilt in real time.

Ran into a Fund Manager at my NYC Apartment the other week and he looked over my laptop asking what kind of work I do so I briefly explained to him Talon the agentic trader we’ve been developing behind the scenes.
Gave him a quick demo of it and he’s been following the Substack and ran into me on the elevator again.
Said his fund in the past three weeks has blown away the annual returns they’ve ever been able to see within a THREE WEEK period.
Then he said they’ve been considering an absurd amount of $$$ (8 figs+) to effectively buy out Talon with the major clause being that we take Skylit and Talon off-market.
While tempting, I had to turn it down as it doesn’t align with our day 1 mission of democratizing access to alpha/edge and spearheading the retail revolution.
Skylit and Talon will always be for the people.
The underdogs will prevail this time.

It often happens to traders .
But in your case what makes is more tragic is you all did not learn anything in the process .

Our corn- & soy-free, drug-free, mobile pasture-raised eggs from small regenerative farms score a 38/100 on @oasishealthapp, while Costco’s industrial “pasture-raised” corn- & soy-fed eggs rank at the top.
I believe we provide some of the highest quality eggs you can find, and have spent years developing a custom corn-, & soy-free low-PUFA feed to intentionally lower PUFA levels in our eggs. And many of our customers tell us they can finally tolerate eggs again after switching to ours.
These kinds of simplified food “ratings” have real consequences for small farms and small businesses. We’ve already had customers cancel subscriptions because of this “score”.
If apps are going to publicly rate food quality, they need to include real agricultural context (feed composition, farming practices, ingredient sourcing, and actual on-farm experience) not just broad nutritional assumptions slightly disconnected from how food is actually produced.

I was a surrogate for a very rich gay man. He paid me $75,000 upfront, the highest offer I got. Everything was professional. Contracts signed, lawyers involved, no funny business.
I carried and delivered a beautiful baby boy for him. He was over the moon, crying when he held his son for the first time. I thought our agreement was done.
Two months later he invited me to his mansion for a “thank you dinner.” After the meal, he got serious and said:
“I need one more favor. I want you to marry me.”
I laughed, thinking it was a joke. It wasn’t.
He explained he’s under huge pressure from his conservative family and business partners. They’re starting to suspect he’s gay. He wants a lavender marriage, we stay married on paper for 5 years, appear together at events, take pictures, act like a happy couple in public. In private, we live completely separate lives.
