@pinklestinkle u didnt gain at all </3 if you were restricting heavily beforehand a lot of that is also just food weight . if you want it to go down quicker you can do some light cardio for the next couple days ! theres been times the scale has gone up 8lbs and dropped again in a week lol

@pinklestinkle definitely didnt 😅 if youre eating lots of sodium, its retention! should go down within a week or two, just up your water intake
