Hinduism in South India is just extremely pleasant, prim and proper. It’s a shame the Indus-Gangetic belt lacks that high brow Hinduism and thousand year old temples in every district. It’s easy to be a religious Hindu who doesn’t care about politics much in SI.

#WATCH | Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand: A tense situation arose this evening over a gurdwara located in Nagarasu, Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand.
A dispute had been ongoing at the Nagarasu Gurdwara since this afternoon regarding the activities of around a dozen individuals. Officials said that the lights of the gurdwara were switched off in the evening, prompting security agencies to remain on high alert. Considering the safety of pilgrims and local residents, a heavy police force has been stationed outside the gurdwara. The administration stated that 30 to 40 police personnel and more than two dozen ITBP jawans are present at the location.
