@rcondon_ I just don’t think the Cheney thing had a huge impact, beyond maybe there was something more effective they could have done. I think that Harris ultimately ran a p strong campaign but was doomed by having a huge uphill struggle.

I think this is at least partially true - we live in a big, inconsistently informed, eclectic, reactionary country. But I also think that there is massive institutional distrust and campaigning with the Cheneys etc was a huge blunder

I’ve said it for years, but the decision to delay impeachment proceedings against Trump after January 6 was an all time political blunder. Delaying it allowed the GOP to create counter narratives and close ranks. He should have been impeached and removed the day of.

@VerboseDebose Salary minimum is the most important thing. Too many teams just do not spend money, and too many guys just dumped once they aren’t arb-eligible (or even before they get arb eligible) because teams are so cheap

After using video cameras to record our rounds proved to be a logistical nightmare last year, the team switched to using phones this year to make things easier. At our first tournament this weekend, we managed to record a round upside down.
