and the worst part is? i got diagnosed with bpd alongside major depressive disorder and bipolar disorder. my psychiatrist told me if it were a physical illness, it would be like having type 1 diabetes, hypertension, and an autoimmune disease all at once.

this random burst of emotion that takes over before you even realize what's happening. and then 10 minutes after that, you just hope they'd act like nothing happened.

having bpd is so hard. you can't really control your emotions. there are moments where you crash out on people or even yell at them, but then 10 minutes later you cry because you regret it. and the worst part is, you didn't even want to act that way. it just comes out of nowhere
