I recently received a pocket microscope and a foldscope, but unfortunately, neither of them works. So, I've decided to combine them. As someone well-versed in microscopy, I must say I'm rather pleased with the result 😉

Mental issue is a big problem.

Like nitrogen, people have their limits. Respect them, and they remain calm. Cross them, and they can turn explosive.

It has been a valuable learning experience to revise the manuscript.

Processing >150 RNA/DNA samples in poor quality sucks. If some replicates have lower biomass than the others, it could indicate a leaking issue and might not be noticeable. But some filters had dense color & 3x higher biomass. How did this super high volume happen?

Exciting results: two operators, two days, <10% variation! Achieved despite the challenge of mixing RNA and DNA standards. Consistency is key!
