The national teams will be available in Career Mode on May 28th together with selecting the national team for Career Mode and the new tournament structure.
The World Games Standalone Tournament mode will be June 4th and we are also planning around June 5th or 6th to release a Live Start Point for Career Mode that will allow you to directly start at the tournament in Career Mode.

Remember when I said we are working on something? All added national teams will be available in Career Mode after the next update but not only that:
-Full tournament structure with groups will be in Career Mode
-You will be able to pick a national team at the start of your Career
- We will add around the beginning of the Worlds Game a Live Start Point that will let you start close to the beginning of the tournament
- Live Challenges will be added for national teams and the international tournament in the next few weeks.

You should be able to select the national teams in Career Mode as soon as we have added them with a patch/update. So even if the Worlds Game Tournament in our game will start June 4th, you should be able to pick the national teams in Career Mode after the update on May 28th.
