@chungusblud @RhockoHarrison I think it helps that once she learns the stakes they're dealing with, she immediately matches their pace. She proves her mettle very quickly and I think that's what wins the rest of the group over
Granted I haven't played it in years so I might be truncating the timeline a bit

@RhockoHarrison i think the only issue i got with it is that the group warm up to makoto way too fast, i think the build up of her becoming respected as the group leader should have been more gradual

@ShallWeGundam I heard someone say once that when a story ends, the last thing you see of a character is what they go on doing afterwards, and I really love that in this case, what Saeko and Miwa go on to do is live a normal, mundane life beside the person they love
