The US asked Iran for a 48 hour ceasefire Iran said no to the ceasefire and no to any deals. They will not stop their nuclear weapons program. Trump has not returned home to Florida for Easter as planned. Make of that what you will.

The US and israel have been carpet bombing civilian infrastructure, including over 600 schools, at least 300 medical centers, Universities, residential buildings and now bridges, in the hope of having Iran succumb to the mass loss of civilian life and sheer brutality of the attacks. But they cannot stop the missile response as there are no visible missile silos to bomb, they are all operating asymmetrically and independently from 500 meters below ground from many different locations across the country, and the more the US and israel bomb Iran, the more the resolve of the Persian fighters is strengthened, and the more israel and US assets will continue to be pounded by Iranian missiles. They have huge stockpiles and they can keep this up for years. The only way this ends is for the US to leave the Persian Gulf completely.
