Free Advice: If you're a player that went to a P5 out of HS and didn't get to play, played sparingly and/or didn't put favorable stats on paper...Do yourself a favor and relax the ego and drop down to a "so called" mid major or juco to reset. If you go two years without playing (playing time)...your career has trended down to the point of maybe not being able to trend up again.

Believe it or not college recruiters and MLB scouts won’t mark you down for a bad game. In fact many would welcome the opportunity to see it. See how you handle yourself when things aren’t easy and smooth. They want to see how you handle adversity because at the next level you will be challenged in ways you haven’t been yet if you are in fact good enough to play at the next level. So instead of feeling embarrassed and thinking it’s the end of the world, step up and rise to the occasion. Show everyone how good you really are when you don’t have your best stuff.
