Patch 12.06 // Waylay Change // #VALORANT
• Saturate changed from INSTANT to EQUIP.
• By changing Waylay’s Saturate from an INSTANT cast ability to an EQUIP, she can no longer Hinder enemies instantly while airborne or reactively on contact without greater risk to herself. This incentivizes Waylay to coordinate with her team to mitigate risk for herself, rather than using it as a setup piece for a teammate to capitalize on.
@svt_aim@AimerLew I tried it and Its really good at keeping my flicks consistent and stable, I copped the mid version a month ago and it was refreshing since my last mud pad was the zowie g-sr from 4 years ago but I went back to my zero mid and now im viewing more speed options
aimlabs is so much easier than kovaaks leaderboard-placement-wise. just played a playlist with 5 decently popular scenarios (3k-1k entries each) and got wr on 4/5 of them.
GGs we lose first game vs @ShiftersGG terrible game from us, they knew everything we were doing and we just couldn't react and put the right effort, onto tomorrow against @FNATIC
@staticaimer@viv1enna imo an entry duelist's kit should enable them to go in but not get out. having two instant dashes that cover a large distance, plus her quick as fuck concuss AND an instant get out button incase she fucks up is simply overloaded
we have initiators for recon
@findmypear@viv1enna I think atleast 1 entry should be able to get in and get out bc of how punishing abilities can be and how much your life value in valorant is. Like waylay can dash in and check for traps or enemies so you can choose to rotate or take site but I understand why some would dislike.
@findmypear@viv1enna Like which would you prefer, a waylay dashing in and having a 50/50 chance of killing you off of a slow bc you have teammates with you or a neon with cracked movement with her wall up with util dumps behind her and she has a judge then she pops her ult on you and your team?
@viv1enna this and waylay double dashing to slow me then teleport across the map
it just doesn't belong in a game about tactical positioning and aiming
