served with an iced karak chai wash ur rice toast spices adding the fish

fish curry this is a really light flavorful curry Since Jinbei’s IRL nationality would be indian according to Oda sensei, i went with this south asian inspired dish spice mix: chilli, turmeric, ground cumin, whole cumin, bay leaves, whole cloves, whole peppercorns, cardamom pods, black cardamom, cinnamon + onion, ginger garlic, chopped tomatoes, fresh coriander leaves, butter or oil & veg or protein of choice fry onion in oil, once browned slightly, toast spices in there to release fragrance, then add tomato’s and cook down a bit and add yogurt, let it cook a few minutes, add protein and simmer on low until tender, top with fresh coriander leaves *add a pinch more butter if sauce is too acidic due to tomatoes

Dulce Coco my friend came up with this drink for her pop-up last year and I’ve loved it ever since. It’s a mix of coconut syrup and sweetened condensed milk. It’s literally so good
