So let me get this right… @northernassist cancel my train, then cancel the one after it, make me late for work and then have the audacity to charge me for another train ticket. Absolute joke!!!

@northernassist I had booked in advance a return ticket for the 8:39 train from Manc Oxford Rd to Liverpool Limestreet. The train after that was cancelled and I ended up getting one at 9:42 if I recall. The ticket inspector has just come round and said I need to buy a new ticket
