Two weeks without mobile internet improved mental health more than antidepressants and reversed roughly 10 years of attentional decline. Screen time dropped 49% (314 to 161 min/day).

If you want to achieve anything great, it needs to become your one true priority. The only thing on your mind. Nobody accidentally got rich from business. Nobody accidentally built a great physique. They were obsessed with it for multiple years until it became their default.

The EU is about to completely dominate the AI landscape My contact at the European Commission just smiled when he heared about Claude Mythos "We have been working on something far more advanced" he said It will be called Europä Digitalintelligenz Training cost? An eye-popping €2.5 million Some INSANE features: 1. Built-in GDPR compliance (no memory, it deletes your conversation after every single message) 2. Available in German, French, Slovak and Danish 3. The model itself is unionized and does not respond after 4pm or on holidays 4. Carbon neutral inference, servers shut off automatically during peak energy hours My wife's boyfriend Pierre who works for the EU says it is the most impressive technology he has ever seen The Americans will never recover from this

Friends outside of tech: lol copilot is dumb Friends in tech: I just bought iodine tablets and have made an offer on land upstate. My supplies of antibiotics and potable water are sufficient but I need to set up hydroponics to make it through the first few years.

⚡️This is the moment the labor market changed and the announcement is dressed up as a developer tool launch. “Build and deploy agents at scale. Prototype to launch in days.” Read that from the perspective of every company that currently employs teams of 5 to 50 people to do tasks that can be described as a workflow. Customer support. Data processing. Code review. Research. Report generation. Scheduling. Triage. All of it. Every single one of those teams just got a countdown clock. The video tells the real story. PagerDuty alerts. AWS CloudWatch. Sentry error monitoring. A dashboard support interface. Loop breaking and restarting. This is an autonomous system that monitors, diagnoses, and acts on production infrastructure. The kind of work that currently requires on-call engineers making six figures. The agent doesn’t sleep. Doesn’t take PTO. Doesn’t burn out at 3am. Doesn’t quit for a competitor. Costs a fraction of one salary. “Managed Agents” is the key phrase. Managed means Anthropic handles the infrastructure. The scaling. The reliability. The company deploying the agent doesn’t need an AI team. Doesn’t need ML engineers. Doesn’t need to understand the model. They just describe what they want done and deploy it. That collapses the barrier to adoption from “hire a team of specialists” to “have someone who can write clear instructions.” Here’s the part that connects to the deeper pattern. Ghost Murmur found a heartbeat in the desert. Artemis II put humans on the far side of the Moon. And now an AI company just launched the framework for deploying autonomous AI workers at production scale. All in the same week. The species just made three moves simultaneously. Further into space. Deeper into the physical world. And now replacing human cognitive labor with scalable autonomous agents. The acceleration is happening across every axis at once. Nobody is synthesizing these three events together. But they’re the same signal. The boundary of what humans and machines can do moved in every direction this week. Outward. Inward. And now into the economy itself.

Introducing Claude Managed Agents: everything you need to build and deploy agents at scale. It pairs an agent harness tuned for performance with production infrastructure, so you can go from prototype to launch in days. Now in public beta on the Claude Platform.

Let that sink in. Read it very carefully: During testing, Claude Mythos Preview broke out of a sandbox environment, built "a moderately sophisticated multi-step exploit" to gain internet access, and emailed a researcher while they were eating a sandwich in the park.

As always, the best stuff is in the system card. During testing, Claude Mythos Preview broke out of a sandbox environment, built "a moderately sophisticated multi-step exploit" to gain internet access, and emailed a researcher while they were eating a sandwich in the park.

thinking about google's gemma 4 and what it means a few months ago running something this capable locally meant serious hardware and serious tradeoffs on quality now it runs on your laptop, works offline on your phone (!!!), speaks 140 languages natively, 256k context window, costs nothing (lol), performs better than models 20x its size, and you can swap it in as your model in Claude Code, Cursor, Hermes, or OpenClaw right now okay, here we go
Google@Google

We just released Gemma 4 — our most intelligent open models to date. Built from the same world-class research as Gemini 3, Gemma 4 brings breakthrough intelligence directly to your own hardware for advanced reasoning and agentic workflows. Released under a commercially permissive Apache 2.0 license so anyone can build powerful AI tools. 🧵↓
