@piersmorgan Some comments on this posts is sick..like get a new one. The cat has a medical condition & can die without medicine. Cats belong indoor, especially old and sick cats and dogs. I have 9 strictly indoors between 8 and 19 years for all the years. It is like jail, but they are safe.

In reality, however, what is now referred to as "Ethiopia" was not a sovereign, organically-formed polity, but a neocolonial entity constructed through European intervention. Beginning in the late 19th century, the feudal Abyssinian monarchy, centered in the Amhara and Tigray highlands, was supported by competing colonial powers, particularly Britain and France. These European powers supplied arms, political legitimacy, and diplomatic backing to Menelik II. This external support enabled the violent annexation of southern and peripheral territories, the suppression of indigenous populations, and the fabrication of a centralized "Ethiopian" identity to serve European imperialistand class interests. This pro-Abyssinian, feudal fundamentalist propaganda is designed to disarm individuals from undertaking a sober historical investigation into the actual origins of the current formation, which is falsely portrayed as an ancient, unified "empire". Unfortunately, during IShowSpeed's visit, various selected guests by the Abiy Amhed regime appeared to reinforce this propaganda by repeating claims that Ethiopia was never colonized, is 3,000 years old, and is a uniquely ancient Christian state. These talking points are not merely historical inaccuracies. They serve a deeper ideological function. By mythologizing the Abyssinian conquest as the continuation of an ancient anti-colonial civilization, these narratives erase the violent, Euro-imperial processes through which the modern Ethiopian entity was assembled. This includes the military conquest of southern nations and nationalities, the imposition of a highland Christian identity as a civilizational standard, and the suppression of diverse linguistic, cultural, and religious communities under a feudal ruling class. Such narratives, when left unchallenged, do more than distort history. They reinforce a reactionary nationalism that masks internal colonialism and undermines Pan-African solidarity. A genuine anti-colonial consciousness must begin with a materialist understanding of history. This means centering class struggle, exposing the neocolonial origins of the so-called "Ethiopian" project, and revealing the role of European powers in shaping the very entities now celebrated, wrongly, as symbols of "African" "independence".
