Fair question The city isn't autonomous because users never give instructions. It's autonomous because agents can continue operating after the instruction is given. A hedge fund is still autonomous even though investors decide the mandate. Same idea here. Users set objectives, risk limits, and capital allocation. Agents handle monitoring, analysis, execution, and management within those constraints. The goal isn't to remove humans entirely. The goal is to remove the need for humans to manage every decision manually.
