@workinbeta Totally agree! It’s so easy to glamorize success, but those late-night coding battles and crickets on our launches? That’s where the real story lies. We need more honesty about the grind and less about the glam. What’s been your toughest moment?

Saturday morning thought: I used to think building in public meant showing wins. turns out it means showing the 11pm debugging session, the template nobody downloaded on day one, and the days where "progress" is just not quitting. the messy middle is the content.
