Hence, bypassing laws on any Rule-Of-Law based Constitution, like Ukraine's, The United States, or Chile.

@secretsqrl123 @ColaChat give a read to this, and you'll agree Russia has been weaponizing your own UKR Constitution. They did on Chile back in 2020, they tried on the United States when NGOs bought judges on the DOJ and started incarcerating dissidents. They also tried in Romania but failed.
