@SW_Help thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart for allowing myself and a train-full of other passengers to sit on one of your trains for 20 minutes before being told it was cancelled. The broken air con was a really classy touch.

@SW_Help I doubt anyone would be stupid enough to willingly use your appalling service. Hot temperatures outside are nothing compared to the inhumane treatment of being aboard with no air conditioning. Thanks for that

@SW_Help Are you guys kidding me? I’m on a packed commuter train on the hottest day of the year and there is no air con. The real icing on the cake is that the reason it isn’t working is because… it’s too hot! No shit, why do you think we need the air con?! Beyond incompetent

@British_Airways Thanks Emma, although I’m afraid that hasn’t been any help at all. Not only does it ask me to fill in further details with a broken link, but also then points out that your courier company picked up our bags 4 days ago and has made not attempt to deliver them to us

@British_Airways I’ve been trying to get in touch with somebody in order to get my luggage back after your meltdown at Heathrow on Tuesday. It appears you only have robots employed at BA now and even your chatbot is ignoring me. Really exemplary customer service…
