@BigDaddyLiberty If you can overcome the addiction to carbs and fruits you will experience unbelievable health improvements. It’s a helluva mindset change, but doable. Have done this for 14 years plus. Just go for it!!

I view carbs and grains as a treat now, not as a staple. They are something to have once in a blue moon.

👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾…fully support this! Whole real foods. I myself am gradually seeing good results off of eating just meat and fruit and a bit of cruciferous veggies every now and then. I’ve cut out sugar and seed oils. Just need to get back to #IntermittentFasting now.

We must dispel the false narrative that South Africa’s farming sector is under siege. This sector has flourished since the dawn of democracy in 1994. We have seen its value more than double, and exports are expanding. We are now the only African country in the top 40 global agricultural exporters. If there were indeed an attack on the farming sector, we wouldn’t be seeing such success. Another danger we must not underestimate is the negative image the false narratives create. We are an export-oriented farming sector, and therefore, we must protect the image of this sector in the world market.

@ellymelly Coffee with proper cream is the best! (The coffee should however not be boiling hot). Also, calories don't matter, but the amount of carbs do.
