There is currently an issue with our booking site. We’re working hard to fix this as soon as possible. In the meantime, bookings can be made using our app or over the phone through our Customer Services team on 020 7387 8888

@porco_drosso Hi! When you've booked as a guest you are unable to track via the app, as the two are not linked. You should be sent SMS link to track our driver, and our dedicated bookings team are on hand on 0207 387 8888 if you'd like live updates.

@AddisonLeeHelp hey - I booked a courier service as a guest but would now like to track it within the app/my account - how do I do this? it's not showing up - thanks

@AddisonLeeHelp Have tried logging in thru multiple systems,but facing the same issue. The main page is opening addisonlee.com, but after that when I try to sign in or make a booking there is a blank page response. Do I need to make an international call for a booking?
