#IRMS through civil services is one of the biggest structural reforms of Indian Railways.
Coming from Civil services, the Officers will have a horizontal outlook unlike representing one particular technical vertical. Ultimately, keeping #NationFirst.

In an organisation, if each "vertical" works in silos only towards their own goals, the pulls from various directions will ultimately break it from within.
A strong "horizontal" service like #IRMS at leadership role would give much needed "unity of goals" to Railways.(1/2)
