@BackToFrontBoy Thanks for the feedback Marc, if it was just an upgrade to an existing phone number then you shouldn't have got a new SIM card - I'll pass this feedback along.
You'd only need a new SIM for a brand new contract, if you're using an existing one you can carry on as you are now.

I've just spent 20 minutes my phone trying to reactivate my account and change my email, which the guy said he had done. I've got to log in my account and that doesn't work, and I can't spend my point either

@InvincibleGtG Tried the arena three times, absolutely terrible, Not bothering again. Reduced my "defensive" team down to one lvl 1 character. Will leave it like that as the "rewards" aren't worth my time.
