Sarwar made implementing the EHRC guidance an explicit plank of his campaign. Didn't do him much good. The SNP lost 6 seats, but this is after the Peter Murrell affair.
People in Scotland elected a majority pro trans government......

Apparently the SNP is working "hand in glove with radical trans activists" to stop the EHRC guidance.
Yet in the 2026 election, lib dems and greens gained 12 seats, labour lost 4, tories lost 19. Only reform made significant gains - 17.
So do Scottish people care?
