Practically, Iran really only has two options for tolls: Bitcoin or Yuan.
Setting up Bitcoin rails for all parties involved requires little more than wallets, addresses, and basic verification (think hours to set up).
Setting up Yuan banking infrastructure for any new party involved requires extensive account setup, banking relationships, approvals, and compliance. Probably 10-100x more time and friction.
