Donald Trump Jr. literally redefined what 86 meant and Trump then went on TV to reinforce it just so the administration and MAGA could use their agencies to go after people like me who dissent. It’s intimidation. It’s what happens in dictatorships. MAGA has used “86” to call for Biden’s removal. They literally sell t-shirts with 8646 on Amazon. But now they conveniently redefine it to use lawfare against their opponents.

My daughter was given an assignment to write a paper on inequality. She chose men in women's sports. Her professor has informed her she can't use that topic. She may write about the inequality that trans women face in sports but not the inequality women face because of "trans women" in sports. Make that make sense.
