Berlin, 1964. I am posting my Berlin images less frequently because of the waning interest in them, evidenced by the fewer number of "likes". Although the "like" system is somewhat simplistic, it is the only measure I have of the level of interest. Thank you to all my friends.

@MartinKnight_ Read up Martin. They had to lease the sites and were trapped in lease contracts that they couldn’t afford to continue paying for. Hence they went pop. It’s an age old story. Everyone questioning it doesn’t seem to have realised that NCP didn’t own the freeholds.

National Car Parks has gone into administration. How did they manage that feat? I would imagine the sites are freehold. Finding a member of staff in one of them is like finding a live GP. What other costs? Has private equity or some other shareholder ripped the arse out of it?
