The biggest losers during this World Cup have to be @StubHub. I'm seeing terrible customer stories every day. I've rarely used them in the past and I'll be avoiding them going forward.

The policy explicitly promises "comparable or better tickets" if an issue arises. There are currently active listings available on your site right now in the Category 3 seating areas. @CleGuardians330 @StubHub Im worried about my notre dame parking pass for this fall. Paid $500 for the tailgate lot. driving up from Nashville, supposedly wont have the ticket for awhile and they have until 12pm gameday to get it to me lol 12pm for a 3:30 game. Lots of people counting on the ticket

@CleGuardians330 @StubHub Sadly they're raking in money. As every seller cancels orders...the seller relists for more money... stubhub then makes more money on fees. They literally want this to happen to make profit. They could stop it in seconds, yet CHOOSE not to.
