Just a quick update on Jonathan: His condition worsened throughout the night. A minor operation to resolve his issue with his lungs did not go well so we are almost certainly transferring to a higher level NICU at another hospital.
Could I ask you to continue praying for him?

Jonathan Mark Hasler has arrived!! The Lord is good! Please continue to pray for Jonathan—he’s being moved over to the NICU right now. His breathing isn’t quite where they want it to be, but the nurses don’t think it’s that serious right now.

Most HS athletes won’t play beyond HS. That’s why programs should be built for all kids, not just the few who’ll move on. The lessons, memories & growth should belong to everyone who wears the jersey. Build environments where all feel valued—HS sports should be about HS athletes!

I contacted 6 local news stations and the Union Tribune newspaper giving details so they could do a story on their lives. Not one response from anyone.
